I started my fitness journey on January 19th 2026. Coach Daniel provided me with a Movement Health Report that tested my strength and mobility. After the test he developed a training program that not only strengthened my muscles but also improved my mobility and flexibility. Before every workout movement he explicitly explains its purpose and gives his 100% focus! Coach Daniel not only helped me understand fitness but I have gained my confidence back. 10/10 highly recommend!

Day one I couldn't bend my lower back not even an inch nor had any energy or strength. I'm at my second month and now I can bend my back with minimal issues and I'm able to lift a lot more wieght than usual plus have a lot more energy than what I started with. I truly recommend this personal live training program and the trainer is super nice and understanding.

I want to express how grateful I am to be trained by Daniel Rios, at first, I was skeptical due that I am almost 66 and have not been doing exercise for almost 12 years due to cancer, just walking . He asked what my priorities were and told him to have life quality and be strong to not depend on others with age. I explained that I have osteopenia on my hips, weak knees and can't lift more than 3 lbs. After almost 5 months I am able to lift weights, my body is toner, I feel stronger and able to stretch to limits i never expected to do as well more body balance. I have been a member of Live Training for about 4 months now, training with Coach Rios has been a great experience for me. Very detailed, he explains very well and corrects each movement, I definitely receive a physical education in each training session.

My trainer Daniel is excellent — very focused, respectful, and detail-oriented. He puts great effort into core workouts and makes sure every exercise is done right. He has the patience and is very dedicated in what he does. He listens to your body, teaches you and pushes you to do better each time by challenging you in a way he knows that you can do better but also taking care of you and your body. Highly recommended!!

I just finished the 6-week program at Live Training Systems and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The space has so much potential—it already feels like a great place to train, and I know it’s only going to get better as it grows. You can feel the energy and the vision behind it, and it’s exciting to be part of something from the ground up.What I loved most about the program was how intentional everything felt. I came in with a background in sports and lifting, but this experience taught me a whole new layer of training that I hadn’t tapped into before. It challenged me in different ways, and I walked away with tools and techniques I’ll carry with me well beyond the six weeks.Nutrition-wise, I used to feel really unsure about what I should be eating. I will have to say Mr Daniel Rios has been a great example of a coach, he is very talented, intelligent and is always consistent, he is innovated in making sure he finds ways to help you succeed in your journey, I had ACL and Meniscus surgery a while back and I’ve struggled for over 2 years to get rid of my knee pain as well as not being able to fully bend my knee, but ever since I came to him he’s shown nothing but attentiveness with my struggles, I have now completed almost 4 months of training and every week I notice my knee pain less and less, I feel so much better and capable of doing so many things, he is definitely someone who you could trust!

I am grateful that I recently had the opportunity to do a 6 week training camp with Live Training and with Mr. Daniel Rios. I did the 6wk Program twice!! Daniel was my trainer and has shared so much knowledge with me about health and fitness. He has taught me things within myself I could’ve never imagined. I did my first chin-up within 8weeks, and have benched, squatted, and deadlifted way more than I can imagine! I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone! I did the 6 week program with Daniel here at live training. I got great results ! Daniel is an amazing coach he gave me exercises that were specifically designed to give me the results i wanted. He helped fixed my back posture and hip imbalances, made my strength go through the roof with my upper and lower body from the start of the program to the end. He also is a joy to be around always making me laugh and making the environment really enjoyable unlike some other trainers who are very serious and give off bad energy.
