What is a consultation for? – We will ask you simple questions to see what you are looking to get out of the program and see what your goals are along with some basic movements to look at strength & flexibility.
I have pain/injury, is this for me? – YES. Injuries should be a main reason to sign up. We are certified Pain-Free Performance Specialists & believe strength training is at the frontline of medicine.
What if I get too busy to train? – Not a problem. We do encourage a routine schedule, but stay flexible to help you fit the randomness of life into it.
What if I don’t like the workouts? – Well, I can tell you it is not going to be Zumba or running on the beach with the wind in your hair, but will be EXACTLY what your body needs in order to look and feel the way you want.
What if I fall off? – That’s what we’re here for–to make sure you don’t.
